| The Long Range Planning
Committee seeks the fullness of life in Christ for all
people by determining direction for Grace. They set long
and short term goals to guide the council and committees
as they work to fulfill the mission of Grace. |

Responsibilities
- Keep Grace's Mission Statement
and from time to time lead the Congregation in a process
to affirm or change it
- Gather data and statistical
information to better understand the environment in
which we as Grace Lutheran Church will be called to
serve in the future
- Identify long term objectives
for the ministry of Grace
- Develop a long term plan every
5 years
- Develop yearly goals to help
focus the ministry of Grace
- Monitor activities undertaken
to accomplish the goals
- Lead the Congregation Council
and Congregation in "dreaming" about the
future of Grace as it lives its Mission Statement
- Study the future needs
of the congregation and its missions and plan for
appropriate use and development of the building and
grounds
