It's Christmas Eve at Sizemore's Department Store, with the normal hustle and bustle on the last shopping day before Christmas. Janet, a sales associate, and her daughter Selina are trying to cope with a recent tragedy, while Janet's co-worker Samantha tries to prevent the cancellation of the store's annual nativity re-enactment. Ms. Sizemore, the store owner, and Mr. Fox, the store manager, have their own concerns to work out before the day is over. These plot lines entwine in surprising, and sometimes hilarious ways, before everyone is reminded of the true message of Christmas.
