Circle of Support

Join our Circle of Support to help a family that has recently graduated from the PLM-Families Together program. The Circle of Support will exist for 12 to 18 months and will meet monthly to discuss and then act on ways to help our Family. This first year of transitioning back into permanent housing after having been homeless brings many challenges to a family. As a Circle of Support we will help a family meet some of these challenges.
